This ****ing pandemic.

More precisely, the idiots not taking it seriously and now making it blow up.

If I don't reply to you, it's NOTHING PERSONAL. It's my ANXIETY.

life

Some people heard my words and thought it meant they knew me
Truth is, I don't exist, I'm just a soundtrack to your movie
Some background figure in a story that's already scripted
And what I feel's just felt for you to hear me ****ing spit it
I jump in many different heads through these words and poems
Always hoping maybe the next leap'll be my leap home

Poverty. Though, my poverty is a byproduct of other things. So maybe it's other things. But the thought of being homeless is the thing that I spend the most time obsessing about.

Career and finances as always. Working hard in therapy as well.

Miles to go before I sleep. Vale.

Know your ACE (adverse childhood experiences) score?
Sometimes, SA is a symptom of significant developmental, attachment or interpersonal trauma (emotional neglect counts). If you're still stuck after you've tried SA treatments such as CBT and exposure, research C-PTSD and see if it resonates. Here's an awesome resource. Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving

Sleep, or lack thereof. It's been such a battle lately and it affects everything else.

working 10-13 hr/day + can't get my degree and my time's running out + very frustrating health issue

This year is my worst ever
& I've been through some really bad PTSD stuff in 2012-2013, but now, even that time seems better than now.

I keep telling my family I won't reach 2021. I'm not sure how or when exactly, it just seems likely that I won't be able to handle those stresses for long.

Work. But if I didn't work then lack of money would be my biggest stress. Damned if you, damned if you don't.

Not going to lie...the second wave of the corona virus...

Mainly due to life situations and the uncertainty on what one can possibly lose if hadn't by now.

I'd say compromised support system. Not only do I not have an extensive one, the covid19 makes it even smaller. Like, way small.

Thanks. Not sure how I'm going to avoid it, tbh. Just a matter of time. I guess if it happens I'll just exit stage left. At least I can say I tried.
