need advice on finding a lawyer for passport application

So I'm trying to get a passport for a different country (Ireland) and part of the application process includes getting lawyer or some other "qualified individual" to say that all my documents are legitimate. Has anyone had experience with that? How could I go about finding one? Will any lawyer do?

A Public Notary may suffice. Look in the phone book under "Notaries".

ohhh that would be good! I took another look at the application and says that "notary public/commissioner for oaths" would be ok. I guess at the time I picked up the application I didn't know what a notary public was doh

thanks!

You can just go to a bank. They usually have people that can notarize. They will put there stamp on it.

My bank has notaries.

My mom is actually a notary. She's the secretary to my old school district's superintendent. Notaries are everywhere.

Have a nice day,
Kelly

Carefully, but full of might.
