Side sleeper. Lower arm is usually in front parallel to my face bent at a 45 degree angle, with hand rest on top of pillow, maybe under pillow. Upper hand usually will be resting on my side while the hand be the mattress to prop myself from slouching forward too much. Because if I slouch forward too much when I sleep, I usually wake up with upper back pain flareups. This has usually been the case ever since my past job many years ago, the poorly fitted ergonomic chair I had screw up my upper back.
What goes up, will inevitably come back down. Whoever you have to step on when you go up, you will be at their mercy when you go down.
The truth is strictly what the ones in power perceives it to be.
Enjoy any good things, even the little and menial ones, as you will never know what impending distresses could descend upon you in a moment.
