My Mood: Crappy
Crazy crazy to the max. In the afternoon I was pushing myself off my sorry *** to run on the treadmill (hadn't had the motivation to do this for the last 2 weeks. I felt okay after that). In the evening I cried after spending time on depression/anxiety/forever alone threads (just felt sorry for my mother - she's a good, normal, happy person. She deserves a better daughter).

I have no idea. I guess that means they're not.

They were bad when I was young. As I got older, I learned to suppressed them mostly due to fear of the other problems that will arise if I don't. The path of lesser stress ended up being temper suppression and bottling them up. For the most part is mostly because I learned I am dealing a lot with another person whose mood swings are way way worse than what I had.

Enjoy any good things, even the little and menial ones, as you will never know what impending distresses could descend upon you in a moment.

It can go completely opposite in less than a minute...

Even shy people can be sassy sometimes...
I'll put drunk raccoon in my signature as well, because I CAN...

Quite extreme. Fortunately, I tend to internalize my negative emotions so I don't lash out against anyone but myself.

Medication make me feel robotic and depersonalized which is not ideal, but it is a lesser evil I suppose.

When I am not on my meds I go from feeling extreme euphoria and being very energetic (like caffeinated a monkey) to having extreme feelings of despair that prevent me from getting anything done. These extreme episodes can last from a few days to a month. Sometimes it can all happen within a course of a day.

I exist on the best terms I can
The past is now part of my future,
The present is well out of hand"

I don't know if I'd go so far as to say I experience mania? But there are moments were I'm on a productive streak and killing it, coming up with all these ideas. To just sort of crashing. I can be impulsive which is where I run into problems.
