extra virgin cocunut oil is best cooking oil?

is this what every1 uses?

this contains saturated fats this wouldve been bad 4 u but ur body uses this as energy instead. this has loads of health benefits such as skin hair immune system heart etc. extra virgin olive oil is good too and is recommend by health professionals but further research shows cold pressed cocunut one is better. im on my iphone so cant paste links.

I use butter and olive oil but anything that is as natural as possible is good in my opinion. However, I would not use highly unsaturated fat for frying because as far as I understand those fats get damaged easily by heat creating some nasty products you don't want to eat. Also I wouldn't use extra virgin olive oil for frying because there are particles that will burn. I don't know about e.v. coconut oil however.

Coconut oil is extremely stable with heat, and much more so than olive oil and butter (olive oil should be avoided for cooking with). I use all 3

I use mostly macadamia nut oil for cooking, but also some coconut oil, both for low their omega-6 content.

It may be the best health-wise. I've cooked with coconut oil, and I find the taste to be overwhelming for some dishes...So, I prefer to use olive oil.
