Yeah, I've probably wasted a fair bit of time - but compared to some of the ways I've spent my time this is pretty harmless, so I don't mind too much. It could be much worse.

What is life but one big waste of time. Most people won't be remembered or make any effect whatsoever on the world - and be completely forgotten within a couple generations.

Nah, not really. I enjoy what I do, and don't really have the urge to put my effort toward improving myself so I become more valuable to a bunch of strangers, in an attempt to be employed by them, only to have to work more, so that I have less time to enjoy the things I would rather be doing

I mean, dude, like 99.9999999999% of the things I do on a daily basis are pretty pointless. But I enjoy those pointless things, ya know?

no. I dont feel that way.

and in thinking, I have no ****ing idea what ends I am working towards so there is no way to measure waste. one moment I think one thing, the next moment the opposite.

Yeah pretty much. I could make up a list of things to do but depression still gets to me.

Nah, I'm not egocentric enough to think I can waste time, does a worm worry it's not wriggling enough ? That is the question.

And all our yesterdays have lighted fools the way to dusty death
Out, out, brief candle! Life's but a walking shadow,
A poor player that strut's and fret's his hour upon the stage and is heard no more,
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Depends. I mean, I'm obsessed with not wasting time, because I feel intense pressure to solve my problems, but since nothing I've done has helped, it's all been a huge waste of time. And from a cultural perspective, my life has certainly been a waste of time.

For forty-seven years I've put up with it now. I must stop Christmas from coming ... but how?

It seems like there is more time to waste than there is time to waste it.

That would make for a great coffee mug. Especially if you work in an office.

I think I'm somewhat an existentialist and it does eat at me thinking that much of the time I have on this planet will be spent doing things I don't want to do; working 40 hours a week in an office was one of them.

So now I am sort of trying to figure out the best way to spend it in the long term, but the irony isn't lost on me when I waste so much time behind a computer or phone.

Occasionally I think about just destroying them both and getting a burner phone solely for text and calling.

Doesn't look like anything to me

I think that as long as you’re doing things you like and that make you happy, you’re not really wasting time. If there’s a goal you have and you keep putting it off, it can feel like you’re wasting time, but when you think about it, maybe the time you took between getting the idea for it and doing it could have been helpful for you because you had more time to learn more about it so you don’t make as many mistakes with whatever it is.

No--I know what I need and want and I go get it. I feel now more than ever Im just really honing in on my priorities and making them a reality.

Yeah, all the time. I feel like I should be doing something productive instead of watching youtube. Something always needs to be done around here. Or I should at least stay off the internet more and find something better to do. I feel like I waste so much time online.

Yes. I realise my lack of focus has led me to being where I am now. Sometimes I feel I’m putting in minimum effort and just getting by in life. I wish I could just get on with things, make an effort and live life to the full. It’s fear that stops me living life to the fullest. All these things that I want to do but fear of failure, fear of being judged, fear of being rejected. It’s a total waste and I’m only getting older.
