Vanilla Sky

...just watched it. It was confusing at times but i really liked it. I would recommend it to anyone out there looking for a good movie to watch.

I saw it a few years ago. The plot gets very confusing, but there are some interesting visuals. I like the whole concept of lucid dreams.

A few years ago, it seemed Tom Cruise went through a phase where he did sci-fi movies. I don't remember the names, but there was one with robots, one with people predicting the future, and of course, Vanilla Sky.

I liked it too, once I figured it out.

It's based on the Spanish movie Open Your Eyes (also with Penelope Cruz), which, apparently, is much better than Vanilla Sky.

Vanilla Sky is my favorite movie, and I never saw Obre Los Ojos, although I've been meaning to.

It's a beautiful movie about a beautiful thing, with a very hopeful ending. It was powerful.

I thought it was horrid. One of the worst films I've ever seen.

i wouldn't say the original was better than the remake. after watching both, i think if you could somehow combine them, you would have had ONE GREAT MOVIE. otherwise, i think both are just ok.

--it's not necessary to redo films, but I think they wanted to open it up to a wider audience. How many people would have known about the other film had this not been made? Besides it's a great script.
