Presentation on Monday, how do I prepare?
As the title says I will have a presentation at my university were I will have to speak in front of many students in a lecture hall explaining my current project. I have to do this normally in class every Monday where there are less people and its dreadful and I barely cope.
Normally I just make all the slide and do all the research I need for the presentation and mentally continue to ignore that is going to happen till it happens. This stops me from being anxious all week but I am wondering if I should not do that this time. When I ignore it all week I get super anxious and can't say much when I actually present but I don't know if that would be different if I thought about it more.
Is there a better way to prepare for one of these things, especially cause its a lot more people I will be presenting to this time or is ignoring it mentally the best option.
