Re: iPod Touch

It's... ok.

I'm more interested in the new 160gb behemoth.

Re: iPod Touch

I would probably wait six months for them to work out all the bugs before I got a new model...And I question using a touch screen when it is already so easy to scratch up an iPod's screen...They never mention when you buy an iPod that you are going to need to shell out another 50 bucks for a case and screen protector....And you have to encase your iPod in these from day one to or it will get all scratched up...I doubt that there are even good cases and screen shields out yet for the new iPod Touch models...

Re: iPod Touch

I like all the scratches on my iPod. It gives it character.

Re: iPod Touch

160gb would be nice if Rockbox runs on it. I can't stand the default iPod firmware, ID3 tag databases are just too messy unless you tag every single song perfectly (not very likely when you've got that much music...). Plus I use on the go playlists quite a bit and Apple's implementation of that is fairly poor. So yeah... not excited, really.

Re: iPod Touch

here are my thoughts
*160gb worth the memory for music, videos, and pictures
*screen being a whole touchpad im not to happy with, i will miss the little click wheel, what if the screen cracked

im happy with my 30gb and 60gb ipod videos anyway.

- i wish it that can just sync with all other files (.mpg, .wmv, etc) other than apple files (.mp4).

=======
i hope that makes sense to everyone, i have gone to sleep yet, and i have been up for +24 hours. im gonna go after a few minutes anyway.

I just wish mine would stop freezing. Drives me nuts.
