What would you do?

Lots of critical thinkers here, so here are two common dilemmas you have seen before. Imagine you are standing beside some tram/train tracks. In the distance, you spot a runaway trolley/train hurtling down the tracks towards five workers who cannot hear it coming. Even if they do spot it, they won’t be able to move out of the way in time.As this disaster looms, you glance down and see a lever connected to the tracks. You realise that if you pull the lever, the tram will be diverted down a second set of tracks away from the five unsuspecting workers. However, down this side track is one lone worker, just as oblivious as his colleagues. So, would you pull the lever, leading to one death but saving five? Secondly would you change your answer in another scenario, you are a doctor with six patients, all in critical conditions.Five are in need of organs that the sixth patient can provide to all five at the cost of his life. Would you as a doctor save the five at the cost of one? And what are the differences between the two scenarios if your mind was changed.

Enjoy the show its nature, trains hunt humans in the wild.

And all our yesterdays have lighted fools the way to dusty death
Out, out, brief candle! Life's but a walking shadow,
A poor player that strut's and fret's his hour upon the stage and is heard no more,
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

contrived problem not necessary. actual examples are available but people are too disgusting to apply ethics to their actual lives.

I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples. ― Mother Teresa
