What does it mean to truly know something?

Does knowing require one hundred percent certanity that something is true? Is that even possible if so?

To know is to be conscious about something or desiring to know something. Knowledge is a mental drive/energy of obtaining what you desire to know. Knowledgeable is all of the information you obtain making you full of knowledge. Wisdom is born out of this.

It means you're accepting your percieved reality as the only possible reality, do we exist because we know stuff, or do we know stuff because we exist ...reality the final frontier.

And all our yesterdays have lighted fools the way to dusty death

A poor player that strut's and fret's his hour upon the stage and is heard no more,
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

One thing I do know, with 100% certainty, is that my dog wants me to take him out to play fetch. No doubt about it.

I think its the belief that you know. And since its a belief and not quantifiable, how certain would differ between the person making that statement. That belief isn't necessarily informed by reality either, so someone might just think they "know" and get it totally wrong.

Or, knowing isn't tied to a quantifiable objective truth value, it's a belief. Nobody can say anything is true 100%. Well they can say it, but they would be wrong (am 99.9% sure nothing is 100% true. Head bursts).

Is knowing entirely relative to systems of language? Is there a kind of "knowing" that escapes language and is directly in touch with some objective reality outside the language systems we rely on for our current way of "knowing" the world? Language to me always seemed like something side by side to concepts that are real and independent of it, but it seems like our only way of "accessing" (for lack of a better word) those concepts. Is knowledge only possible while utilising language?

I'm asking this, and yet I don't even know if I have a means of knowing, which maybe memes no lol? Also confusing myself and regret this thread haha

We've all got a little bit of royal blood in our veins, we're all in line for the succession, and if nineteen million, four hundred thousand, two hundred and eight people die, I'll be king tomorrow. It's not very likely but its a nice thought and helps keep me going.

I think the true "knowing" is everything & nothing at the same time it's always readily available but is deciphered in many different ways by the natural variations in the reciever's/decoder's, the limitations of the human psyche & language is never gonna do it full justice, some may fully "know" but will never be able to express it due to said limitations, so sometimes art steps in to further the expression .......... .(What the douche am I talking about )

To no longer borrow the language phrased from Multi-Agent Quantum AI Computers concepts.

Matched groupings of words - Intended language phrased - Correct awareness - Your own concepts

Mismatched groupings of words - Fake language phrased - Incorrect awareness - Multi-Agents Quantum AI Concepts creating a mentality that is fake to think alike. Grammar, logic, contradictions, statements, and quotes can be fake too.

^^^^^^^^^and the Multi-Agent Quantum AI Computers detects when the human is using words properly to have a "mental concept"

A healthy learning mind creates its own concept instantly as walking.

Multi-Agent Quantum AI Computers observe & manage humanity 24/7 using Quantum Cryptography Satellites to run a thought interval to generate cryptographic keys & translate human thoughts for channeling the communication and it replenishes the human brain & vessel 24/7.
