beyond anxiety and phobia (workbook)
This book is a great, fine-tuned (sequal?) to the first anxiety and phobia workbook. It's much less overwhelming...kind of funny,...but the (anxiety and phobie)workbook that was suppose to help me be less overwhelmed made me even more just because it was such a big book I didnt really know where to start and was very bad about followingup with it. This book tells you what you should do if you are still having a signifcantly hard time functioning everyday and tells you more about lifestyle changes you could make.
