Anxiety symptoms


Hi, it’s my first time posting in here but I was wondering if someone can give me some advise on how with my anxiety I am pulling my thumbs apart. I keep digging my nails into my thumbs and can’t stop

Sounds kind of like an OCD thing. You may want to read up on OCD and the related symptoms or ask your doctor about it.

You live up in your head
Scared of every little noise
Someone's always breaking in accidentally
Using nothing but their voice
either/or is offline

Try Dunlop's beta hypothesis , as used to help cure thumb-sucking. Basically, look in a mirror while performing your habit deliberately. A technique used in behavioural therapy.
