Book Review: Anxiety & Phobia Workbook by Edmund J. Bourne
The author attended University of Chicago, PH.D in psychology with lots of real world experience to boot. Although I don't like the section on "natural supplements", everything else was quite helpful to me.

Specific and Holistic advice on reducing stress in general
I think this book is useful to just about anyone, and it is inexpensive.
