Running - I like it now!

Great success!

Its awesome running now, after you get maybe a month into it and get that routine going and you have your music blaring....oh man, its such a high feeling when you're tired and drained at the midway point of the run then that one song comes on you have and its like bam energy and your legs start going with the beat of the song while running, its like one of those action movies and you're the star... it

listen in between your notes
theres something been going on
while you were busy taking notes
and look in between your moments
theres something good happening
its good to sometimes
slow it down

get your head out from those mags
and websites who try to
shape your style
take a risk just for yourself
and wade into the deep end of the ocean

re: Running - I like it now!

that is right

I say to anybody who despises running, to keep at it for at least 2 weeks before they give up. It gets much better after you develop a rhythm. The worst part is getting back to running after a big break.

Yeah, I love running. I have a friend who does around 100 mpw, its insane how cut up he is. Most I ever did was 70 mpw, I just started up again and I'll think I stick with 30 mpw. :P

I used to run track and high school but I never liked it that much, I only did it to keep me in shape for other sports, that is kind of the reason I do it now, but I do enjoy it. And as you said, it is nice when you get that 2nd wind during a run, incredible feeling, even after you finish.

I know you can see me. Bad guys always see me. My plans suck. People die. It's always a mess.

I started running recently.
But it probably doesn't have as much of an effect compared to yours.
I have no way to listen to music.

I have a knee injury presently..three stitches. Boy, do I miss running!
I have only run once in two weeks.....I once ran 20 miles a week!
Once these stitches come out, I am taking off!

I love running! It gives me a feeling of accomplishment. I run 8-12 miles a day, no matter the weather.
