Just got some today, will see if it helps with things I've been struggling with.

And all our yesterdays have lighted fools the way to dusty death
Out, out, brief candle! Life's but a walking shadow,
A poor player that strut's and fret's his hour upon the stage and is heard no more,
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Doesn't do much, maybe if I take the whole bottle.

I think I tried it before as a free thing to review and it was amazing! It gave me so much energy! I've never been on Xanax though so I'm not sure how it is for that specific use.

I think it might help with SSRI withdrawal, but not so much for benzodiazapine withdrawal. I guess every little bit helps though.

The best thing I actually found for Valium withdrawal was overeating so much high fat foods that I would pass out and sleep it off, then wake up and eat more. Not healthy, but maybe for a few days in an emergency.

Did you try actual tea or just the L-theanine pills? If you can find some decent green tea (preferably Japanese AND grown in Japan) it works way better than the pills IME. In fact, I have never felt like the pills did anything at all and pretty much always get nice clarity and calm with green tea. Sencha or Gyokuro. It doesn't have to be the most expensive (and is probably actually better if you can find it in teabags because loose leaf is just a pain in the butt). If you live near a Costco they have basic Sencha in mesh bags.

Never tried the tea, only pills, might get some to try, I recently got some valerian root stuff to try.

Valerian is OK but it will zonk you out. Tea is for calm focus. Valerian is when you want to go to sleep.
