I've been using Seredyn recently, also just l-theanine on its own. I find it very helpful.
If i have an appointment to see someone, i take 3 caps and it definately makes me alot calmer. I know they are not strong enough for some people, but i find i don't get so anxious before doing certain things now and they are non addictive. I think if you are in a high anxiety state generally, they might not work for you but i find this animo acid another useful tool in my arsenol.
I've also ordered MAD-1 device, which i'm looking forward to trying, it is very new on the market, so some of us have to be the first to test it.
I'm going on a cruise this summer, so at the moment trying everthing, as i want to enjoy and relax on this holiday, at the moment the thought of going terrifies me. I booked it for the family in a mad moment, like if i can do this, i can do anything. Like being totally thrown in the deep end, sink or swim, immersion therapy, not a very good analogy for a cruise lol
I've also just bought panicaway, and only just finished reading it.
I'm going to enjoy this holiday even if it kills me.
