Geek transformation

Here is a bodybuilding success story of a boy who was a total geek, had no friends, and was picked by other kids. Very inspiring.

Great link. I had a similar experience but it took me longer than him to put on the muscle because I did too many things wrong. It's good to see success stories of people that were picked on like us, well me anyways.

Sigh. This sucks because I was somewhat muscular, but now because of my back injury I cant bench for another 6-8 months. Oh yeah, and I lost all my muscle.

Been there. I hurt my back so bad once I thought I was going to need back surgery. Had to spend months rehabbing it.

working out 6 days a week would be overtraining for my body. I've learned with time.

NOTE: Take everything I say with a grain of salt as I'm probably one of the worst people here. My advice is based strictly on my analytics and not on personal experience as my social experience is minimal.
