Best ways to prevent / fix heart problems?

Other than exercise, of course.

Perhaps someone can also mention some vitamins/tablets you can buy from the pharmacy section of a store that are not prescription drugs.

Get a spare for backup. I believe they sell them online, or you could just lurk around a hospital and wait for an opportunity.

I am the son and the heir of a shyness that is criminally vulgar. I am the son and heir of nothing in particular.

You shut your mouth. How can you say I go about things the wrong way? I am human and I need to be loved, just like everybody else does.

Yeah, you should always back-up.
Damn, I should write a complaint to the shipping company. It's been a week and the pair of kidneys I ordered still hasn't arrived.

Herbal green tea is good for the heart and the entire body. Try drinking one cup a day. Organic is probably best.

Well, it usually takes a couple of weeks before kidneys go bad, so you should be okay.

AFAIK this...

- enough sleep (7 to 8 hours per night)

- avoiding long periods of sitting

- minimizing stress (easier said than done)

- a good multivitamin (be wary of the "high potency" supplements. It is possible to get too much nutrients).

- getting enough sun exposure

Live and let live!
