Weekly goals.


For now, my goals are to, where time permits, to go out to all church and Yonge Adult's group functions or meetings and socialise with people.

I also intend to go for a walk 30 min per day, and do stretches to improve my posture. This is to help fosture a more 'confident' look and enhance my presence. I want a look that says 'I am confident, I am a man' and feel a good posture is the way to go.

Some books have said that regular massage and chiropractor therapy works as well. However, I'm just doing a few stretches for about 10 minutes a day for now.
