Quitting caffeine

I brought this up in group today, does it make me feel better or worse? Then I decided later it makes me feel worse so I'm going to go off it again. I feel more depression and anxiety when I use caffeine.

Anyone else who wants to join me please do.

So today I drank two cups of tea which means tomorrow I can't drink any more than two full cups.

Good luck! I've been trying to quit caffeinated sodas. So far I've reduced myself to one caffeinated soda a day, but it is a struggle. I've drank 6+ sodas a day since I was a kid. I want to quit or reduce other sodas as well.

I don't think caffeine from soda makes me feel bad, but I have a lot of health problems that would be helped by quitting or greatly reducing my soda intake.

Haven't had pop in awhile, but I do drink coffee.

Good luck, it's not easy that's for sure.
