I have been thinking about doing something to help keep myself focused when depressed. Feel free to steal this idea and use it for yourself.
What I think can be really helpful is to have "Accountability Partners", meaning: People in life who check in on you once a week (or any period really) via text or any communication method and check to see how you are doing in terms of different things ( for example: did you apply to any jobs this week, did you work on that art project you said you were going to work on, etc). I can see this having more potential than a typical to-do list because there is genuine human interaction going on.
With that said, anybody who is looking for an Accountability Partner, feel free to post in here letting people know if you are looking for one (or more) and if you would be willing to do this for others.)
