Re: anyone has fully recovered from social anxiety?

Don't forget - anxiety is a normal human emotion. Even 'The Normals' get anxious a lot of the time! Meeting new people can be worrisome because you do not know quite how to behave yet - thats why people are very polite at first and take time to warm up. This 'urge' to be polite at first comes from that same feeling - the anxiety of meeting new people or of being on display. Even noted speakers get nervous when they go up to do a speech - its just how they utilise that adrenaline that is important. No one experiences no anxiety. Even if you have had SA all your life, I believe you can reach a level that is comparable to 'normal' - and because of this, no - you will never be totally free of anxiety.

Only class A drugs can can do that, but thats not much of a life

On to concentrate on bright things Stuck around in hopes to help, didnt seem like there was much left I could do anymore ... good luck and comfort to those who are on their own path and hope for those yet to take their first step! Much Love
