Am I a good candidate for Seredyn
I snap! The smallest things make me snap! I over analyze everything! I'll smoke 4 cigarettes in my morning commute due to frustration of the other drivers! This is just to name a few that happened today! I walk regularly, yoga, think and say positive things, exercise ..... but my metal stability is out there! I was reading about Seredyn! Any suggestions on if this will help calm me down! My son and boyfriend suffer from my sudden mood swings and emotional break downs! I try to blame it on that time of month or bad day at work, but these excuses are getting old - to them and me!
