Yeah i have all the symptoms of it, i have had those symptoms since i was 16 but thought it was due to anxiety, you know the upset stomach and reaction to certain foods etc and the depression that comes with chronic IBS is not fun either, so i am waiting for a colonoscopy, not something that really gets a conversation going or thats nice

i mean anything else thats not Bowel or colitis related is okay to talk about in hospital like even i dunno, having an ulcer removed or even a laparoscopy cuz its down the throat and testing your stomach but colon related stuff? not so enjoyable to chat about

i hate having it, it limits my enjoyment of certain foods and keeps me awake at night
i find gastrosoothe helps
