Wish I had actual advice to give. I know (well more or less) how big a deal this is for you. I'd hate for this to discourage you even further but generally speaking seeing yourself in pictures and videos is a lot
worse. My immediate family members know they're not supposed to film or take pictures if even by accident I'm going to appear on them. The rest of the family, they get 'I believe cameras steal your soul', lol, insist, I insist in the opposite direction.
It's gonna be incredibly tough if you can't handle mirrors though. Except... I'm thinking maybe on the video call thing you can turn off your own image or something, so you don't see it but she does? Don't know much about it, never done video calls. Just thought it might be worth investigating.
