Day one: I tried this morning and in the evening. Morning was fine, evening was more complicated as my thoughts wouldn't stop racing. I think it's normal when you begin. Of course, no obvious effect on sa at this point, but I felt relaxed after each session. It's already something since I started them pretty restless.
