Flowing Through Life
Recently I've just been trying to change my mindset. I'm a chronic worrier and I think about anything and everything before doing things.
Unfortunately it ends up putting me in negative thought loops about anything and everything that can go wrong.. On top of social anxiety that is the worst.
Is anyone else familiar with this feeling or does the same thing? How does that effect your social anxiety?
