Just wanted to say your last line is so, so true. I am back to therapy again after several past attempts failed and my current therapist is good so far and he has helped me to use this approach and I have made the tinest steps so far but it is more than I have done in years.

I was feeling worse than I had ever been late last year partly due to a big change at work but other things also. I could barely function and I knew I had to try again. Like I said, I have only made very tiny steps. Also, I have a goal this time...something I really want bad and previously that wasn’t the case.
