I bought the book and seems good so far. I had previously been reading a self esteem book and didn’t get all the way through but it really helped me to recognise that the negative thoughts in my head came from other people and events in the past, which has made me believe that I can overcome my social anxiety and find my own thoughts. I’m generally really positive when it comes to other people and believe anyone can achieve anything if they really want to.
Hopefully the exercises in this book will help me on my way to overcoming social anxiety!!
