Nature's Bounty 1200mg works well for my joints. But keep in mind that overuse of fish oil may result in unwanted levels of mercury in your system. It's important to keep an eye for whether the mercury has been removed from the oil. I also wouldn't just go for a certain type of fish meat too frequently, simply because it is rich in omega-3. The mercury-high fish should be, in general, consumed on a very limited basis.
