Cool glad it's working for you, I eventually gave up over time the side effects lessened but it wasn't effective regardless. Back on the st johns wort, much better for me. How are you taking the magnesium? I hear transdermal application of magnesium on the skin is much better than tablets. Orally the effectiveness is about 10/20% but through the skin is up to 70%. And it's fairly easy to make your own magnesium batch for rubbing in the skin [emoji4] Just Google magnesium, transdermal and homemade.
