I purchased a bottle of Nature's Way 5-HTP 200mg supplements with 100mg vitamin B6.
Use and Dosage: I'm attempting to use it for depression, not so much for insomnia and anxiety. I take no other meds. I will be taking one 200mg in the morning before eating and one 200mg before I sleep. Wish me luck!
Have I used 5-HTP before?
Yes several times without a consistent dosage. My depressive thoughts began to wither away close to a week into taking it, but I would never buy another bottle when I ran out so this time I will take it for 2 weeks straight and log my results to get a more accurate conclusion.
Right now: I am a depressed, stressed, anxious mess. Let's see if 5-HTP will magically whip up some serotonin~
