I don't want to be the one putting a downer on things but, with having little clue of what type of goals would actually be beneficial to you, shouldn't a goal be something you personally want to aim for? There's something that doesn't well with relying on other people to tell you what you should aspire to have. Because would you really be motivated enough to push yourself for something you was never really hungry for in the first place?

You probably should think of what you want to have and maybe then you can ask people for more specific aims in order to achieve that goal. And that goal shouldn't be vague like "I want to live a better life" but insteam should be a clear, distint goAl. But, whatever you decide to do, I do wish you the best.
