GABA for me is working very well. A lot better than l theanine. I feel practically no anxiety anymore at all. No anxiety at work, no anxiety when I'm outside, no anticipation anxiety from work, just calmness.
I still feel anxiety when I am doing something new, but now I know that I can endure that and that it will go away once I am familiar and comfortable at that place or around that person unlike before where I would feel anxiety all the time regardless.
I am still prone to awkwardness though.
