yes! I've tried about almost everything and nothing worked. I bought a bottle of Tyrosine 500 In the morning with Bcomplex, magnesium, and Sardines. not only has it helped my anxiety but confidence as well and helped me lessen my caffeine intake. natural were it at! if only more people new this
