I've been watching two shows called Padma Yoga and Namaste Yoga on this channel called ONE: Health Body and Mind, and I've been recording the episodes, so I can do them at my leisure. Some of the poses are too advanced for me right now, but I definitely feel much calmer after I've done 30 minutes or so of it. I find myself relaxed and yawning
