I used started trinking coffe a lot 2 years ago when my job was stressing me so i took it to control my stress better, 3 cup or 4 a day.
Then i used coffee to give a boost during workout 2 cup
Then coffee when i was sad/depressed or even happy.
So average of 3 cup.
I tried to stop coffee a month ago for 5 days and i was fine but i got back to it cause i liked it too much no headache tho. now i haven't had coffee in 4 days , i am trying to stop again, no headache i dont get those but damn i want it lol.
I drink tea that contain about 55mg of caffeine but it doesn't even give me a boost like coffee does not even close.
