I believe L theanine has helped me enough that its worth mentioning. I however did not follow the recomended dosages. This really is a very safe substance. Bottle says take 1 or 2 a day, i took however many it took to make me feel better. Sometimes up to 8,9 or 10 a day. Thats really what it takes. Only downside is that it can be expensive and a tolerance does build so you might need more over time. But its safe, no side effects and in high enough doses, does help, for me at least.
