Nicotinamide

Description:

Nicotinamide, also known as niacinamide and nicotinic acid amide, is the amide of nicotinic acid (vitamin B3). Nicotinamide is a water-soluble vitamin and is part of the vitamin B group.

Animal studies show that nicotinamide has anti-anxiety (anxiolytic) properties. It may work in a way similar to benzodiazepines.

Citalopram (works well for me)
Treatment Experience
I've purchased Lamberts Nicotinamide (vitamin B3 amide).

I've tried it several times before social activity but it doesnt really work that well. I've tried to take 500 to 1000 mg and everything under 1000mg I really can't feel, and I think that going to 1000mg only increases my anxiety a bit, so the tablets are useless for me.
But they do work really well for some people, so give em a try :)
