Yeah, I number of people have left. Although it seems that few that did have recently returned. Also I think that a people left when and because of the forms switching over.

I suppose that everything is alright. I'm often busy these days, so I guess that's something.

You said people left because of "Forms switching over"? I'm confused about that part, but okay. And yeah, it's good to keep busy, I'm trying to do the same... though unsuccessfully.

Time to step on the gas! Yeah, I haven't gone anywhere. Although people here do seem to come and go. Well, mostly go these days.

Yeah, the forums have changed, many started on here at young ages & have either evolved for the better or, just didn't have much time or energy to put into this site. I stopped permanently for a bit, but I'm occasionally here as of late. I'm trying to see if I can do more in person meet ups. How have things been with you btw?

Oh wow, didn't think you were still on here honestly & I've been in the de-acceleration as of late unfortunately :cautious:. Working on speeding it up though.

Yeah, one of those crappy Midwest states. I would've have said that our low population density worked to our advantage in overcoming the coronavirus, but there's a lot of people here don't even take basic precautions.

I guess I'm dealing with the whole covid thing alright. I had to cancel a trip, but otherwise it hasn't affected my personal life all that much. Although, it's made my job a bit of a headache. It's not helping that my state has dropped the ball recently. We had relatively few cases for months, and things were getting better. Now, cases are skyrocketing. In the last couple of weeks we had six people come down with it, when previously we had none.

Well, about the same. I've been putting in a lot of hours at work, so I've been exhausted. Although the pay checks are nice.

I will message you sometime on Discord. I'm still going to work regularly, but I'm not as essential as healthcare workers.

How are things going with you?

How have you been? Have you finished with college yet?

If you go back to the pic I posted there, I list in total all the excersises I do. Every day is a combination of usually 3 or 4 of each different excersises. So a typical routine might be pushups + stomach crunches + squats + donkey kicks. Then the next day might be tricep dips + planks + calf raises. Then another day might be body rows on the bar + russian twists + lunges + donkey kicks. Each session is usually about 45 to 60 mins. That's all you really need.
So you can change it up and give the core a rest for one or two days but work on your arms. Then another day leave your arms and work your core or butt or legs. I worked out a lot before but kinda got off it after about 9 months. Then I worked out basically none for about 2.5 to 3 years and lost most of what I improved. I've been back into it since January and feel still motivated.

Yeah. It's just the mirror in that room gets the best lighting when taking a pic. The natural daylight comes in there. Especially if you're just using a not brilliant camera phone. The way the light comes in helps to highlight the definition I've got going on. :)

Sorry for the tardy reply. Only log on here and there these days. Nevertheless, hope you're doing okay.

There are some things I'd probably do more of if I was in a different situation, and things like CBD are among them along with Seroquel for sleep. Instead I've been working a lot on sleep hygeine and daily habits, along with my usual melatonin tablets. I've noticed that I can actually train myself to associate bed with sleep, so hence there would be far less of a need to resort to invasive drugs that change my body's chemistry and have a potentially negative short or long term impact. Other than that, you can't underestimate the impact of a good diet and exercise regime.

Doing my best with the gym atm but also still dealing with chronic nerve pain in my body. Guess I'll just have to persist with the docs. Cheers.
