I've been doing really well since I went through the ACT workbook. Since I'd gone through CBT and a 20 week CBT group before I came upon the ACT workbook, the most beneficial part to me was figuring out what I really value in life and doing those things regardless of how I feel. I am much more living the life I value now then I was before I started the ACT workbook. Thanks for the message! I think I may try to find the time to go over the book again soon.
