    hey, i saw your post on sleep&mood , i've tried some 'natural' sleeping pills, put they did not work . Did taking 5-htp really help you?

    Hmm, I'll definately check out those recordings, thanks for the suggestion! My biggest problem is getting motivated to start this stuff on my own at home.. My mind just wanders whenever I try to focus on things :p

    I've been doing really well since I went through the ACT workbook. Since I'd gone through CBT and a 20 week CBT group before I came upon the ACT workbook, the most beneficial part to me was figuring out what I really value in life and doing those things regardless of how I feel. I am much more living the life I value now then I was before I started the ACT workbook. Thanks for the message! I think I may try to find the time to go over the book again soon.
