Hey just saw your response to one of my posts I posted in 2013, in which I never replied to! Sorry about them, haven't been on here until now in quite some time. Thanks for the feedback :)

I don't know how you do it with all that snow melt at once!
We had 2-3 inches disappear in one day, but it took 60 degree weather and strong winds to do it. I lost power for two hours Friday afternoon.

    February 20th
Cincinnati tied an 1837 record high of 72F
    Dayton broke a 1930 record of 68F with 69F
    Columbus tied a 1930 record of 68F

I sat out in the sun for a couple of hours. It was pretty windy, though.

I just got 6" of snow down here. I think Lake Michigan helped the storm out. I was originally supposed to get 1 to 3, then all of a sudden, they changed my Winter Weather Advisory to a Winter Storm Warning with a 4to 8 attached. I am still getting lake effect show showers this afternoon!

It hit -9F this morning (normal low is 24F!) There were places down around -15F here, but -25F around Cleveland, and -30F downstate from you! I saw Cadillac was -28F at 2am.

We are about to get 6-8" from the southwest - it burns me up to hear that it might turn over to rain tomorrow. Imagine that - one day it gets up to 35F, then we stay under 20F all next week again.

Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.....we have had record low temperatures, and record low high temperatures.

It only got up to 8 on Tuesday in Dayton and 6 in Cincinnati - the old record low highs were 12 and 14 respectively from 1936. Right now, we should be at about 41 to 43 during the day......almost 35 degrees below normal :afr <- that's not SA, that's COLD!

    Merry Christmas, Copper! :)

.....we only had a slight chance of a White Christmas this year. We had snow in November to make up for it, I guess :lol.

We're about to get another cold spell next week.

I feel the pain with the gas-powered stuff. My lawn mower is not even three years old and I have had to take it in four times - fortunately it's under warranty.

Well, you are sending it down. I found out that Wednesday's high may be a record low high temp if it only gets up to 69F. That's about equivalent to the -15F at night I saw down here in January - a Summer Polar Vortex.

You have quite a low pressure spin on the west side of Lake Superior!

We are supposed to have highs in the low 70s with near record low temps in the low 50s. Normally, we should be about 15 to 18 degrees warmer than that!

I had water coming in through my back doors and underneath my family room carpeting! It came down like a waterfall from the gutter on the second story down to my deck. The wind blew the water down my window and under the door frame!

It turned out that the gutter was filled with stuff that came off the shingles and collected....overflowing the gutter! They cleaned it out, but it hasn't rained since then - about two weeks ago! I finally got my carpets vacuumed and cleaned with my deep cleaner (I would push it down to squeeze the water out of the padding and then vacuum it up! I Lysoled underneath the carpet and put some in the carpet cleaning solution, too!

83 yesterday and 85 today - clearly the warmest days of the year so far.

I left my palm tree outside last night - first time of the season! I will likely have to bring it in tonight or put it on my front porch due to storms expected tomorrow. The tree is in a pot and I don't want it to get overwatered.

Yep, you still have the blizzard warning. There isn't much snowfall, but with winds of 30 gusting to 43, temperatures at 10F, and all the snow you got, yeah. Two of the three components of the blizzard are met.

It is supposed ot get up to 55F today (cooler tomorrow), and I have three areas where water has come in my basement...the usual. We got an inch of rain and a few confirmed tornadoes Thursday night. That's also weird for us, but considering how much we have been below zero, statistics were catching up :lol.

....and I still have a bit of snow where I piled it up on the sides of may driveway to prevent the snow from blowing across!
