I'm ok. I've been eating better. Need to add more exercise to my list. Helps my head. I gain a bit and then lose a bunch. So I'm slowly but surely getting back to a more healthy BMI. Slightly in "overweight" area of BMI, but I'll drop that again. Hopefully I get to 170-ish. 10 pounds around that would make me happy. Just would like to lose 15 from my 200-ish pounds at the moment.
Thought I'd hop back on SAS and see what's up. Been feeling more and more relieved from things. Though I still have my bouts of b.s. Like panic attacks and things. Living alone can be hard. Working and then coming home and just not having time for things anymore. At least not as much as I used to. I've been getting out more. New places. Even if just a restaurant or something. It's helping.
