Default Party, party, party.

Last night I went to a Halloween party. I hadn't been to a party outside of family gatherings in 2 years. The person hosting the party I hadn't seen in 4 years and the other 2 people I knew I hadn't seen in 4 years either. There were about 12 people there who I didn't know in a house I'd never been to. I told myself I could leave early if I wanted but I ended up wanting to stay. I felt awkward but not very nervous - surprise! The only time I was nervous was when I had to sing and lots of people get nervous in that situation so...not bad! I got up and got through the song and it was over.
I was invited to another party by a guy there that's in 2 weeks. I would like to go.
And today I was invited to another party in that same week I believe. Going to it.

That is really impressive, congratulations. Especially about the singing, that'd be a nightmare for me Good luck with the other parties, and don't talk yourself out of going!

Nice that's awesome. No better feeling then not being nervous at a party. When you go to the future parties just try to think only about the fun that will be had. Don't let any negative thoughts get in the way and you'll have a great time (a few drinks will help as well). Priority #1 for everyone there is having fun....they aren't there to judge anyone.
