Default Haven't missed any school!

Last school year, I missed almost a third of the year due to illness, mostly stress and anxiety related. My school gives grades every five weeks, and the first marking period ended today. I haven't missed a single day so far! Kind of a stupid accomplishment, I know, but I'm proud of myself

That's not a stupid accomplishment! I know how absences and anxiety go. I miss one day and soon I'm missing several in a row because the anxiety of returning keeps building up and building up.

Congrats on not missing any days!

I agree thats not stupid. I missed so much school Freshman-Junior year of high school and almost everyday I missed was because of anxiety. I finally stopped skipping Senior year. You should be proud of yourself.

That's great. I know how hard it is to force yourself to go to school every day, so that's definitely something to be proud of. I had perfect attendance in grade 11 and was very proud of it (don't ask about grade 12, heh). Keep it up!
