Default Finally switching meds, trying to lose this weight.

Effexor made me gain 40 pounds in two years... I'm finally switching to Wellbutrin. Hopefully with a good weight training regimen I can lose most of this weight!

Yeah, good luck. If you need any advice send me a message. I used to weigh 220lbs, now I weigh 150lbs. I studied the workings of the human body like an obsessed scientist.

I've been losing lots of weight swimming. Pretty trim now. Highly recommend it.


Initially difficult to get over the thought of people looking at me. But I then realized, other adults are more concerned with what themselves look like at the pool.

Good luck! I've been on Effexor for about 8 months or so and haven't gained any weight, but I did on Paxil.
