Default Asked about medication

Yesterday I finally managed to have the discussion about medication with my psychologist. I have been too scared to bring it up with her or my doctor all year. Like, I think yesterday was session 22?! Anyway, I managed to bring it up in an email by telling her that "my Mum always tells me to get medication", so she brought it up in the session for me, which was nice. Anyway, she said it's worth a try and is going to send my doctor a letter so that I have less explaining/talking to do when I go to see her. Hopefully I can just not say anything... there would be too many scary words in that discussion! But yeah, it's a next step...

Medication along with seeing a psychologist is always good, one or the other wouldn't cure SA, so it's good that your doing both.
