Default Actually did it, and dare I say it, enjoyed it!

Well today my work mates mentioned they wanted to take e out to a club to see the local party life etc. At first when I heard this I was a little anxious however surprisingly calm.

We went out to dinner first to some Irish pub and had a good meal and chats before going to the main club in Kuala Lumpur. As I walked in it was a wash of memories, good times, bad times and times I wished I never remembered but I actually walked in and somehow managed to enjoy myself. It was quite busy with lots of people around and being with the countries only ever F1 driver meant we had a lot of attention from people there so I was constantly being introduced to random people including clothing designers etc but I still managed to keep my cool.

When we left I could not wipe the smile off my face. I had done it, I had successfully faced my biggest SA fear and come out the other end without a hitch. It's too early to call but I think I might have actually gotten over the majority of my SA, I honestly cannot believe it. And even more amazingly, I enjoyed myself!

So 12 months ago I would have been bent over a toilet seat dropping my guts at the mention of going out to a club, and yet here I am after a night out expressing how much fun I had.

Incredible.

YOU CAN ALL DO IT!!!

Nice one

I think the worst part for alot of situations is just the thought of going and what will happen, then once you done it you realize there's nothing to worry about.
