Social Anxiety Background
I have been a shy, silent kid, but when I was 18 I got these tremors whenever I tried to speak up in class. So I am afraid of social sitiuations(talking to a girl, making a presentation, introducing yourself in class) If I just knew I would not tremble when I speak I think I would overcome this problem.

So this is my background

Treatment Experience
I use glutamine regularly to increase my gaba levels. I think it works but is it enough to make presentation? I doubt it.

Its benefits are increase in energy, confidense, concentration. Also it is good for gym purposes.

Glutamine increases the blood sugar so taking it on empty stomach is crucial and works against hypoglycemia.

Yes sometimes it has calming effect when I take it to empty stomach. I think it might help lot of people that have used benzos before. It has balancing effect but just not strong enough to be real cure.

I consume like 10-12 grams of L-glutamine every day, and I found it works great for muscle recovery when used in strength training, and I found it to help the problems I've been having with my stomach slightly, but certainly no noticable effects with anxiety.
